RETURNS WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS :
1. Returns are accepted if requested within 14 days of the date that you received the goods, and will be accepted in that period for goods in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned 

***Non-returnable merchandise include: Final sale products, face masks, face shields, jewelries, lingerie, and other accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

 All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

* Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a REFUND or STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $8.95 shipping fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.

6. Shoehandy.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a refund or  store credit.

7. Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team immediately via email. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
